The bio-chemical reactions during the thrombus formation and lysis can be studied using reactive coarse grain molecular dynamics. As the first step, we are developing coarse grain models for fibrinogen and other components which participate in thrombus formation and using reaxFF for CGMD we can simulate the clot formation process.
